All orders are dispatched to you as quickly as possible. UK standard delivery is £2.50. We aim to dispatch our products to you within two to three working days of receiving your order. Allow a further 2 days before expecting to receive your parcel. Please provide your daytime phone number in case we need to contact you regarding delivery. Goods are not dispatched over weekends or public holidays.
When placing your order, please provide a contact number otherwise this could delay the dispatch of your order. International orders are shipped via courier to the destination country and shipping charges depend on the country. This is a tracked service and if you have not received your tracking number, please do let us know. Within Europe, orders normally arrive within 5-7 working days. We do not deliver yet outside of Europe, so we would recommend for you to place an order with our partners at LookFantastic. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
